TERMS & CONDITIONS
·
The loading and unloading of racing vehicles shall only take place in the
designated area
·
No race engines to be started before 9.30am before racing, inc any time
the previous day
·
Racing must not start before 11.00am
·
Racing must cease no later than 6.00pm
·
No more than 15 cars racing at anyone time
·
No other form of motor sport activity shall take place on site except
Autograss racing
·
A maximum of 13 race meetings days per year on a maximum 12 weekends per
year between 1st March and 31st October.
No form of testing or practicing allowed at any time
·
Race meetings shall NOT take place on any consecutive weekends, prior to
any two day meeting there must be two
consecutive weekends where no racing shall take place
·
Noise testing must take place in accordance with N A S A
regulations and must be recorded and kept in a log for
inspection by an authorised
officer of the local planning authority.
·
Any vehicle, which fails to meet the noise level requirements, will not
be allowed to race, without first passing a
further noise test.
·
Any vehicle which
falls outside the noise level requirements during racing will be stopped and not
be allowed to continue racing without first
passing a further static noise test.
·
No music shall be played over the P A system at any time
·
Overnight camping will only be allowed one day/night prior to any race
meeting and one day/night after any race meeting
during the race season. Pre season
overnight camping will only be allowed on a maximum of two weekends
for the clearing up and the preparation of the site.
·
General noise from the race field etc must be kept within a council
specified limit at all times, non essential
generators must be switched off by 12.00 midnight at the latest
·
Any
oil spillages must be reported to the chairman immediately, and any oil must be
disposed of correctly, waste
oil storage tanks are available please ask.
